To put it in other words, if you happened to meet a performance engineer at the factory, this is how his bike would feel. With dyno-tested gains of 3-5Bhp on a stock motorcycle, there is simply no other accessory in the world that has proven its performance on the road, track and dyno. When making your purchase leave us a note on the Pay. The standard shift rod length for the 1999-2007 Hayabusa is 140mm and for the 2008-18 Hayabusa is 150mm. Each switch has been precision calibrated for positive Quick Shifting action. 220.00 ECU-Based Quickshifter/Auto-Blip Sensor Replacement Our long-awaited PUSH/PULL type sensor is now available This sensor works in PUSH/PULL (for quickshift configuration for GP or Standard Shift Pattern) This sensor also works in PUSH/PULL (for autoblip configuration for GP or Standard Shift Pattern) Manufactured by us here in the USA. While we improved throttle response, refinement and power delivery in the process the goal has always been performance. The price of the Quick Shifter switch with the shift rod and the necessary connectors is 170.00 + shipping. With PowerTRONIC on this bike, we were interested to explore the limits of the engine and beyond. Our in-built ignition control algorithms allow levels of precision that have never been seen before on a piggyback system striking the perfect balance between response and refinement. Added power should never come at the cost of refinement and PowerTRONIC shines in this area minimizing engine vibrations to a great extent.

Power delivery is strong, smooth and no longer dramatic. Our maps for the Suzuki GSXR 600 offer better transient response even in the closed-loop/part-throttle regions, significantly reducing part-throttle sluggishness making low speed riding conditions – be it traffic or twisty mountain passes more enjoyable. Make the most of your daily commute with instantly better throttle response. Designed to be universally adaptable, the PowerTRONIC ECU plugs in within minutes delivering improved performance through race-engineered, user adjustable fuel and ignition mapping.

My shift rod does sit slight skew but does have free play so i am at a loss to figure it out! I think i am going to be chucking the rizoma's out and fitting another set of rearsets on.PowerTRONIC is the most advanced full feature Piggyback ECU for motorcycles currently available worldwide. Rear wheel balanced so all these are not causing the problem. replaced chain & sprockets and laser alingned the adjustment. I had also gone to the extreme lengths trying to reduce vibrations etc. Obviously you will need to use the clutch but if your problem is as bad as mine you will notice the problem goes. Remove the gauge from the shift rod and cable tie it out of the way and try again. Have tried a second strain gauge and the problems stays. They are suppose to be reliable as and I know many people who run the annitori with no problems. Dynojet power commander or Woolich Racing ECU reflash and Dyno Tuned ECU BMC or K&N.

My bike has been modified a bit and its damn noisy so not sure if its multiple factors such as vibrations that are also confusing the strain gauge. I am selling them Diesel Performance SUZUKI GSXR 1K S2 twin cam set. Watch as we dyno this 2008 2009 Suzuki GSXR 600 with this Jardine Slip On Exhaust It is crazy crazy loud. I did bypass the strain gauge unit and tried and it did not cut out so my thoughts are with the strain gauge whilst its connected to the rear sets. ( Mine cuts under load and seems to get worse the hotter the bike gets. ( It does not seem to be under strain but i think under load it may be enough to trigger the shift cut. Have narrowed it down i think to rearset setup possibly causing excess pressure on strain gauge. Having same problem, have checked wiring multiple times.
